Hygiene at G.I.R.L.S. Gym
All members are required to practice good hygiene.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Having a clean body and clothing
- Wearing deodorant
- Keeping finger and toe nails trimmed
- Covering open wounds
- Removing shoes before entering the training area
Unknown rashes must be reported to a coach immediately, and members must be cleared by a coach prior to training.
