Competing at G.I.R.L.S. Gym
Kickboxing and MMA:
Members wishing to compete in kickboxing and MMA are expected to make their fight training a priority in their lives. These competitions have a high risk of injury, and the following requirements must be met by ALL fighters.
- Sport-specific training five(5) days per week.
- Training must take place at G.I.R.L.S. Gym unless pre-arranged with Coach Sarah.
- Fitness conditioning six(6) days per week.
- Maintain a healthy diet, regardless of on/off weight status.
- For fights at a lower weight, practice cuts may be required prior to acceptance.
- All sport-specific training, fitness conditioning, and diet information must be logged & available to your coach when requested.
